Just because it is a fantasy, doesn't mean that she actually wants this to happen. How many of us have fantasies in our heads but never utter a word about them?
But if she is serious, looks like you have your misgivings. I'd back away only because you don't know her, and you don't know what fantasies lie under the one she told you.
Only do what you are comfortable with. It doesn't look like you are. What you DON'T want is to look back in 30 years and be ashamed or humiliated about what you did.

I dont think that it is normal to have that kind of fantasy, I certainly have never had one like that, you know I dont even know what to say to that. Homegirl got some kind of problem.

First, black woman and white man are 2 words each…
Next, it's her fantasy so either play with her or not. It's not unusual for people to have fantasies that include mild violence, humiliation, some level of pain, etc (many women have fantasies of being raped…it does not mean they really want to be).
Her having this fantasy doesn't mean she wishes she was a slave in the old south…it's a sexual fantasy of a situation she's romanticised in her mind…no reason it should bother you. You should feel good that she trusts you and thinks enough of you to share something like that with you. Fantasies are very personal because some people do judge us for our fantasies…just remember, they aren't real.

Sounds like she is a sub or has tendencies in that direction. If you feel uncomfortable with that–and it does not matter whether or not it is normal, there is a segment of the population which has this preference–than you should look elsewhere for relationships. It may also be that she was checking you out to see what your true attitudes were towards dating a woman of color. I would be open with her about your discomfort with her fantasy. If it is a real fantasy you may wish to move on or you may wish first to read up about submissives to decide what your level of comfort is.
