Cross dressing is its own fetish, and a desire for anal can be from many things. D/S is also a separate sexual arena and doesn't mean he has homosexual leanings. So, believe it or not, he may not be gay. He does have some very "edgy" fetishes and you may want to ask him about others as well like 3somes and group sex. If you are not comfortable with his desires, you should leave him and encourage him to be with someone who is more compatible.
You have a right to set limits to your comfort level as well.

Wanting to be your "sex slave" just means he has a strong sex drive. That doesn't make him gay. Enjoy it!
If he wants you to dress him up like a woman, he might be a cross-dresser. Cross-dressers ARE USUALLY STRAIGHT. It's a common misconception. There a lot of men out there who dress up like women for a hobby, and their WIVES don't even mind! It's like a sexual fantasy experimental hobby. But again, it has absolutely nothing to do with sexual orientation.
Or (this is a stretch) he might be transgendered. Perhaps he is a MTF Trans (Male-to-Female). This means he has complete male genitalia and is entirely biologically male, but has the emotional and mental mindset of a female. Like, he FEELS like a girl, and WANTS to be a girl, but was born in the wrong body.
He's probably not transgendered, but that's just an option I thought I'd throw in.
All in all it sounds like he just has strong sexual urges, which is not wrong at all. We all have different fantasies, it's really no big deal.
I think he just has unusual sexual needs and fantasies.

Not gay, necessarily. Maybe a cross dresser. It feels good to guys to have something in their rectums because that's where their prostate gland is. You asked, he told. He didn't insist that you do any of that, just told you what his fantasy is. Stop trying to analyze him.

I would tend to believe that he is NOT gay. Taking it from a woman happens to be a lot of fun for some men.
Surrendering to a woman sexually is also a pretty common fantasy. Society, in the US anyway, demands that if a man is a real man, he's a strong, willful individual. Being able to abandon that persona in private with a woman he trusts can be quite liberating to him.
He probably has a srong desire to please you sexually and the femdom scenario provides him with a way to do that and you a way to teach him how. If you can come to grips with this, it could be a very win-win situation for you both!
As far as the crossdressing goes, that could very well be a way to complete the role reversal while you wear the strapon.
