If the offender is still under sanctions ( still a registered sex offender), he has a full set of rules to follow. Posting nude pics or using adult dating sites would be a violation of his sanctions.
Depending on his level ( 1, 2 or 3), he can remain a registered sex offender up to 25 years after completing his sentence or parole. That means registering with his local Sheriff's Department and reporting in to them several times a year.
You might want to contact the Sheriff's Department to see if this individual is still registered as such and give them the information you have.
Whatever the conditions of this persons registration, the internet is that vast that it is very difficult to stop this if he doesn't use his real name.
All internet users need to be careful who they communicate with, and even more careful who and where they may meet anybody!
